Founded in 1970, Tamkang Review is a refereed journal published in June and December by English Department, Tamkang University. Tamkang Review is devoted to offering a forum for interdisciplinary and critical discussions on a wide variety of issues in literary and cultural studies. It is indexed in THCI, MLA International Bibliography, and Scopus.

The editors invite submissions of manuscripts in English appropriate to the aims of Tamkang Review. Tamkang Review does not accept multiple submissions or submissions that are under consideration—either in whole or in part— simultaneously elsewhere. Authors are advised that submissions are referred to specialist readers and that revision may subsequently be required before the contribution is accepted for publication. Submissions are refereed anonymously.

Manuscripts should be written in English and prepared according to the latest edition of MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers. Please send the manuscript along with a 300-word abstract and 5-6 keywords. Article submissions are expected to be 6,000-10,000 words in length. Please notify us when submitting if the manuscript is part of the revised doctoral dissertation. Authors may submit via e-mail to tkr@mail2.tku.edu.tw. Tamkang Review will acknowledge receipt of the submission.
